You are responsible for ensuring that the designs, text, and model selections submitted are correct. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect uploads or device selections.

3. Order Processing and Payment

a. Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers.

b. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to design violations, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. YesCase is not liable for delays due to couriers or external factors. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited to cases where:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The product does not match the specifications you selected.

  • Your rights under South African law (CPA or ECTA) apply.
